The USF Polaris Hammer is a heavy assault ship equipped with many forward facing kinetic weapons that have the potential to unleash large amounts of damage to slow-moving and exposed targets. The Hammer MK-6 carries forward the Gatling Cannons and heavier armor from the MK-5 update, but pulls some of the energy from its shields to increase the range of its weapons. This gives the MK-6 a greater engagement range, increasing the zone of control it can establish on a battlefield.
